Can you decorate at my party venue?

Tell us the venue and your time slot in the quote form. We will confirm what is allowed before we design anything.

How far ahead should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for weekends. Message us your date and we will confirm availability.

How much is the deposit?

A 40% deposit secures your date. We will send you the payment details with your quote.

Do you charge for travel?

Tell us your venue in the quote form and we will include any travel fee in your quote.

Is setup and teardown included?

Yes, both are included.

What is your cancellation policy?

If your plans change, message us as early as you can and we will work through the options with you.
